My paper is coming along well I have gotten eight sources for the bibliography. They have given me a lot of ideas on topics to write about in the paper. so I should have a lot of information for the paper. I haven't cited any of the soucres yet but I will do that later. I don't think that finishing the annotated bibligraphy will take to much more work becasue I finished the annotations I will start writing the paper after that. thats all the progress i have gotten done for my paper.

I'm not really sure what Ellen DeGeneres was trying to say in this article it really just seemed like she was going on and on about random things that she doesn't like. She seems to not like progress just because of little things that don't really matter. Who really cares if the plastic around a CD is hard to get off it's not like anyone buys them anymore. Its not like every new technology os going to be perfect right when it comes out they need time to fix the bugs they may have missed. She should stop complaining about all the little things that doen't matter then maybe she'll realizes everything that makes progress great.

I wasn't very surprised that no one seemed to pay atention to the musican in Pearls Before Breackfast. This article makes it seem like no one cares about classical music which really seems to be right. they did seem like they were trying to get this result though since they pick a spot where everyone was hurrying through. Some people atleast wanted to stay and listen even when they didn't have time to. Not to mention the kid that wanted to listen to the music but was forced to move along by his mother. This article seems to show that classical music is becoming less popular atleeast in here in The U.S.

My part in the group project is coming along good I have summarized the portion of the topic that I needed to for the project. so everyone just hass to do their part and then we need to combine them all together for the power point. we just need to make sure we are all ready to persent our parts.

My community project is coming along well I have done three observations. I haven't done any interviews yet and I'm not sure who I would interview for the project. I don't really want to interveiw any of these people for the paper. I haven't started writing the paper either and I not really sure what I am going to in the paper and thats how my community project is  coming along.

I quess I will be doing the community paper on the people that sit around in the ground floor of the libaray on tuesdays and thursdays. They don't really do anything so i'm not really sure what I am going to write about. Everyone just seems to ignore each other. They just sit around waiting for there next class. I'm not really sure how I'm going to interveiw these radom people. I think this paper is going to end up really boring.

Blog 2

Jon Stewart's commencement address was both funny and hopeful it tried to make people laugh abd inspire them aat the same time. He tells them that they are responsable for fixing the most the world has become. He wants them all to step up and take over. Stewart trys to inspire them by telling a story of how he was average stundent with no idea of what he wanted to do and then became a celebrity. I find it interesting that he rubs his doctorate in everyones faces which he got for no work at all. I believe that he was able to get his message across to everyone the way he wanted it to.
